ABOUT US

A veteran of the United States Air Force serving in Desert Storm, Carlos started OptimumLife, LLC in 2019. 

​

  After working over twenty years in the private sector holding several Leadership roles, Carlos began working for the State of Texas under the Human Resources department and became one of three certified instructors by the National Safety Council.  

​

Throughout his travels across Texas he discovered a vast shortage of these life saving skills, the availability of classes, and observed a lack of quality delivery.  His passion for providing training and his experience as a corporate / government trainer along with his wife Monica led him to start OptimumLife, LLC. 

​

 Carlos focuses on delivering knowledge with excitement.  He has over 27 combined years of classroom, virtual, and webex training.

​

His wife Monica sustains the business in an executive administrative role.  She assist with business communications, class requests, and building strong relationships with local business.  Monica is certified in First Aid, CPR & AED and attends our wellness events where we offer free demonstrations on various skills.  Monica is also involved in the Hispanic Woman's Nextwork of Texas

Our clients include Austin corporations who provide service in life insurance, financial sector,  luxury residential apartments, and the national hotel industry.
