**WORKSHOPS DO NOT OFFER A FORMAL CERTIFICATION**

In just three hours, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of First Aid, CPR, and how to effectively use an AED.  This workshop is tailored for small groups of up to eight participants, ensuring personalized attention and hands-on practice.

You will learn how to assess emergencies, perform CPR on adults, children, and infants, and confidently operate an AED.

​Looking for a shorter session, then this workshop can cover the basics.  You still receive training on how to give CPR and the use an AED.  This workshop is also tailored for small groups of up to eight participants for hands-on practice.
