To ensure COVID-19 has the least opportunity of spreading in our community, OptimumLife LLC has elected to cancel and cease enrollment of all Public classes.
OptimumLife LLC reviews the recommendations of the National Safety Council (NSC), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and will continue to follow the requirements set forth to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.
We will resume classes for the Community once these institutions and local city officials deem this situation is no longer a local crises.
Until then please continue to follow the recommendation that help reduce the spread of the virus.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your enrollment 72 hours PRIOR to your schedule class and receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the 72 hour window will result in a 50% refund.
